Growth orientation and self-help
This project family links self-help, passion, and self-determination theory. The central distinction is between approaching self-improvement from a growth orientation versus a deficit-reduction orientation.
Rather than maintain separate notes for every related manuscript, this page consolidates the scale-development and passion-for-self-help threads into one project area.
